  Shanghai TECHDREAM Automation Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2020, specializing in providing a package of related engineering services such as overall design, processing, debugging, and OEM of low-pressure injection molding solutions.

  TECHDREAM Technology's non overflow valve pressure control technology adopts high-speed pressure stability control technology. While providing stable flow and pressure, it can provide a maximum injection volume of about 200g of rubber material per mold and a maximum injection pressure of 60bar. It has fast speed and high efficiency, suitable for automatic production lines, and can be matched with auxiliary equipment such as automatic feeding machines to achieve intelligent unmanned operation systems, thereby helping customers achieve significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

     TECHDREAM Technology can not only provide conventional single station, dual station, rotary and other low-pressure injection molding machines. At the same time, patented models such as multi-point glue injection and multi station rotating machines can also be provided. Among them, multi-point injection of glue can perfectly avoid water nozzle material and does not require hot runner molds, saving a lot of glue material costs and basic equipment investment. At the same time, customized services can also be provided based on the characteristics of the customer's product.

    The company possesses core technology in low-pressure injection molding and has the ability to research, design, and process machines and molds. We have our own processing base and OEM base to ensure the size and progress of components.
